“ Can’t hate another good Japanese spot in the area. There are plenty of other dishes I’d like to try here but this time we were feeling ramen. In short it’s good. Larger portion sizes than other more famous spots and the flavor and noodle texture was great. I word of warning if you ask for spicy they will give it to you, I could can hang awhile but eventually it did catch up to me. ”
“ We went on a rainy day which was perfect for some delicious hot Ramen. Food was amazing very delicious and we had a lychee non-alcoholic beverage which was really good. Definitely one of my new favorite places to go. ”
“ Of course my wife Naj found this amazing restaurant for us to eat dinner! As soon as you walk through the door, it is absolutely breathtaking. It is like eating in a botanical garden. There are plants hanging from the ceiling, the walls, and the tables all around the restaurant. Your eyes become fixated on the group of hanging plants in the front of the restaurant. We were greeted by a friendly host and the waiter was very kind and offered his opinions on choices on the menu. The bar tender came over to our table and recommended his choices of cocktails. They were gorgeous to look at and refreshing to drink. The was palatable in our mouths! ”
“ Great BYOB place with cozy and stylish interior and very flavorful and loaded ramen ”
“ This neighborhood restaurant is SO NICE! I love the izakaya vibe and it’s so chilled and relaxing. The food is quite good! The gyu don is so creative with the poach egg and I mixed it like a bibimbap which is so cool! And yes, it’s very delicious! The lychee sour drink is so beautiful and creative! It has a subtle sweetness to it and it makes scallions (which I don’t like) so much more bearable! ”
“ Amazing food and great service. Very chill atmosphere and ambience. I love a good ramen and this hits the spot. Their katsu curry is also on point. ”
“ The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were fantastic. We were a party of 8 and the service was excellent. They were very accommodating. We asked for cooler temperature and they turned up the air conditioning immediately. We were very comfortable. We had several appetizers. The wings, spring rolls and calamari were our favorites. The only warning I have is if you order the spicy dishes be prepared. They are delicious and very spicy. ”
“ Went on a Tuesday night and it was not very busy. My friend, who uses a wheelchair was able to go in and be seated fairly easily. I got the spicy chicken miso ramen, which was vey delicious and probably one of the top bowls of ramen I’ve had in NYC. I also got the lychee soda (not pictured) which was also very tasty. I would recommend going to Fukurou :) ”
